Pete Ambrosino and Terrie Matz own and operate two businesses. Servpro of Western Lehigh County (www.servprowesternlehighcounty.com) specializes in the cleanup of fire damage, water damage, flood disasters, smoke damage and mold remediation. And Snacky Matz Healthy Vending (www.snackymatz.com) offers a natural, organic and gluten-free snack, drink, and entrée options. Snacky Matz vending machines offer something different -- all-natural, organic snacks and beverages suitable for people with food allergies or dietary restrictions. Terrie Matz was inspired by her 2012 diagnosis of celiac disease, an autoimmune disorder triggered by eating gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. Snacky Matz places vending machines in businesses and schools at no cost to the host. The company works with businesses and schools to customize the products sold in each machine, setting up tasting sessions to help customers decide which items are best suited for their location. Snacky Matz recently announced it is providing three "Healthy Vending" machines to Crayola employees at Crayola's Church Lane plant and corporate headquarters in Forks Township and the third is at Crayola's Brodhead Road plant in Bethlehem Township.
